ANNA WINTOUR'S DEJA VU

Vogue's editor, Anna Wintour attended yesterday the Barack Obama Victory Fund 2012 Event, which she also co-hosted. Wearing Tom Ford Fall 2011 dress, Wintour proves she is not the one who wear the outfit only once.  She was seen in the same dress back in January during Versace Etoile De LA Mur sunglasses collection launch party in Paris.

MILAN FASHION WEEK SS 2013: GUCCI

I am 100% sure, that during Milan Fashion Week we gonna find few really beautiful Oscar gowns.
Starting with Gucci, where Frida Giannini presented colorful, flawless and wavy collection with simple cuts and no accessories. Several gowns, but not too spectacular. Better for less official events, premieres.

LFW S/S 2013: WILLOW FOR THE RED CARPET

WILLOW debuted in 2003 at Mercedes-Benz Australian Fashion Week and premiered at London Fashion Week in 2004 with British Vogue declaring: "The collection was both beautiful and varied enough to convince her fans that she is a talent set to last." The following year, WILLOW was selected as one of ten brands to have a fully sponsored Runway show during New York Fashion Week. In 2007, to further enhance her skill of draping, Creative Director, Kit Willow worked with a Master of draping in Paris.
Kit Willow is fascinated by juxtapositions that have become signature to her tailoring, silk drapery and corsetry. WILLOW has developed a cult following and is recognised for the consistency in inspiring design and quality of garment finish.

This beautiful, very light collection is a perfect solution for the red carpet stars, but off the red carpet. Dinners, meeting with friends or visit in TV show - all that with paparazzi everywhere around, that's when Willow should be worn. Apart from few dresses, which actually are also good for the red carpet, less-official events.
I add Willow to my list of favourite designers.

ALEXA CHUNG STYLE

As the London Fashion Week starts today, I decided to go through the style of one of the most significant celebrities for the British fashion.
Alexa Chung, who is the winner of British Style Award and ambassador of British Fashion Council, is also a determinant for many girls, when it comes to mixing different styles.
Alexa's style is a mix of British style, Swinging London from 1960s, punk rock, 1990s and some modern elegance. Have a look how she does that:

NYFW S/S 2013: CALVIN KLEIN FOR THE RED CARPET

Simple and minimalist Calvin Klein is always good for less official events. Although the whole collection is not so delightful, but these four little numbers could look good on the red carpet.

NYFW S/S 2013: RACHEL ZOE

Since Fall/Winter 2011 Season, the most powerful stylist ever (even too powerful for The Hollywood Reporter 2012 ranking) Rachel Zoe is also a fashion designer. But is she as good in designing as she is in choosing Oscar gowns?
Well, her collection is definietely not a red carpet proposition, but her casual dresses with Zoe's hallmark - vintage touch are good for "her girls" to wear everyday when they go for a walk or coffee.
Unfortunately, there is a little mess inther Spring/Summer 2013 collection, although every piece has a touch of 1960's era, when it comes to colours, it's not so uniform anymore...
Not so bananas!
